The next Early Careers Group (ECG) event will be held virtually 6th October 2020 and as with previous meetings will last approximately 1 hour.

The session will be presented under the title “Commercial Good Practices,” but will typically cover a wide spread of topics that fall under theme.

Mark Sheridan, FPS Commercial Committee Chair, will be leading the main session, with ECG Group Leader, David Major, hosting. Mark was one of the first members of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors to gain Chartered Engineer status through the ICE scheme and has led the FPS Commercial Committee for many years.

The session will kick-off with current FPS work and upcoming ECG events, before Mark takes over to present the core topic of commercial good practices, followed by contract types. The session will conclude with the usual Q&A discussion.
