Members of the Federation of Piling Specialists (FPS) Early Careers Group (ECG) have been invited by Bauer Technologies, to visit its Rivenhall Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project, on 25th April 2023.

The project requires complex piling works, which when complete will have seen Bauer Technologies install and test 3nr. sacrificial piles; 167nr. 1200mm diameter rotary bored contiguous; 256nr. 900mm diameter Bunker slab piles; 1063nr. CFA and RB Bearing Piles, ranging from 450mm to 900mm dia.

Following an introduction to the project, Bauer’s project manager will take attendees through the project and the specific works it is undertaking, as well as how the many challenges the site presents are being tackled.

The opportunity is limited to a maximum of 12 attendees, so any members of the ECG wishing to attend should contact Julia Hill, (julia.hill@roger-bullivant.co.uk) and places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
